From shop floors to construction sites, Humano turns human skills into humanoid capabilities through proprietary hardware and software development.
Humano is an Australian deep-tech company that is on mission to transform skilled labour into automation intelligence with novel hardware and software, encoding four senses of human

Reno Heier is a construction and project management professional with 25 years of industry experience.
Having studied construction and architecture, he brings deep practical knowledge of how real worksites operate including tools, trades, safety constraints, sequencing, site logistics and unpredictable conditions that define skilled physical labour. As a Co-founder and CEO of Humano, Reno leads company vision, commercial strategy, investor relations, partnerships and real-world deployment planning.
His role at Humano is to bridge the gap between skilled labour environments and robotics integration with guided development of novel sensorized gears and data mining ecosystem for next generation of physical AI.

Adam Jeffery is Co-Founder and Director of Humano with more than three decades of experience across construction and property development.
With education in built environment, Adam combines technical understanding with deep practical knowledge of skilled physical labour, trade workflows, site coordination, safety requirements and real-world project delivery. As seasoned entrepreneur, Adam has led and supported ventures involved in numerous residential and commercial developments. At Humano, Adam contributes to commercial strategy, industry engagement, field-deployment planning and operational validation.
His construction and business background provides Humano with valuable founder-level insight into environments, workflows and skilled tasks that future humanoid and robotic systems ought to be designed to understand, learn from and operate within.

Dr. Sunny Katyara is a field system professional with over a decade of experience bridging cutting-edge research and real-world deployment.
He holds PhD in Robotics and AI with specialization in learning-based control for robotics manipulation and currently serves as Technical Lead at UCL' Bmade team UK, where he leads work on construction automation, cyber-physical systems and multi-robots integration. His research has contributed to multi-million EU-UK Horizon-funded projects including ACROBA and CoreSense.
At Humano, Sunny leads technical vision for transferring human craftsmanship to humanoid robots through development of proprietary hardware and multi-modal data collection ecosystem. He combines deep expertise in industrial robotics platforms with hands-on systems engineering across perception, control and simulation to bring rare blend of academic rigor and product-focused execution to Humano's mission of automating skilled physical labour.

Taimo Viira is technical entrepreneur and licensed mechatronics professional with 25 years of practical experience across electrical systems, technical design, networking, site infrastructure and hands-on problem solving mindset.
With his education in embedded system engineering, he leads and looks after practical hardware build pathway for Humano on-field capture stack. His role is to help make the hardware robust, serviceable, connectable and realistic for harsh and changing environments with safety constraints.
From concept to design to development, he is working on giving life to Humano’s industrially-viable gears including DepthPro, OpticPro and TouchPro for dynamic and stochastic environments to ensure their seamless and dependable functioning and deployment.
